What a sweet face!! Faith is a real beauty. It was just a matter of time before she won the hearts of the judges just like she has won our hearts. She is "Daddy's girl" and she jumps into his lap every time he sits down.
Faith got her first point in June 2003 and finished her Championship in November 2003. She is my first Breeder-Owner-Handler Champion. I showed her myself and learned something new every time we went into the ring. Many thanks to Sharon Girven for sharing her wealth of knowledge and for always having the right encouragement at the right time.
Faith is shown here on the day she finished her Championship under Judge Kathy Bucher Sawyer going Best of Breed over a current Champion. What a thrill! The handler of the Champion asked Judge Sawyer what gave Faith the win (I'm too new to ask a judge anything - I just smile, and smile and smile). Judge Sawyer said it was Faith's "lovely face" which gave her the edge over the other dogs which were all very beautiful. Faith does have a lovely face and to have her finish under a judge because of her face was really special to me.

Our Faith Continued Her Show Career...
Faith was shown in Junior Showmanship by my youngest son Joseph. He did very well with her (and is also wonderful "show help" for me) and has taken First Place with her. She was recently bred with Fame and we have babies with lovely faces to carry forward with what she has started.
Joe and Faith "strut their stuff" as they make the circuit around the ring in Montgomery, Alabama.
They certainly make a handsome couple, don't they?
